The hydrogenated block copolymer (A) is a hydrogenation product of a block copolymer having at least two polymer blocks P composed mainly of an aromatic vinyl compound unit and at least one polymer block Q composed mainly of a conjugated diene compound unit in which the content of the total aromatic vinyl compound unit is 8 to 25 mass%. The thermoplastic elastomer composition includes as the hydrogenated block copolymer (A) includes a high MER hydrogenated block copolymer having a melt flow rate (MFR) of 40 to 300 g/10 min as measured at 230°C and a load of 2.16 kg in accordance with ISO 1133.SELECTED DRAWING: None
