As the first kneaded material 3a and the second kneaded material 3b, kneaded materials are used, respectively, of which shear viscosity A of the first kneaded material 3a at shear viscosity of 1×10/sec is larger than shear viscosity B of the second kneaded material 3b at the above shear viscosity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】剛性と美観との両方を有する射出成形品を提供する。【解決手段】第1の熱可塑性樹脂1aおよび繊維状フィラー2aを溶融混練してなる第1の混練物3aと、第2の熱可塑性樹脂1bおよび粒状フィラー2bを溶融混練してなる第2の混練物3bとを混合し、得られた混合物を材料として射出成形して、射出成形品5の製造する。第1の混練物3aおよび第2の混練物3bには、せん断速度1×103/秒での第1の混練物3aのせん断粘度Aが上記せん断速度での第2の混練物3bのせん断粘度Bよりも大きな混練物をそれぞれ用いる。【選択図】図1 |
