Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a corresponding conjugated diene compound from an allyl-type unsaturated alcohol raw material using a catalyst which has a long reaction life and hardly causes fracture or burst.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a conjugated diene compound by dehydration reaction using an allyl-type unsaturated alcohol as a raw material in the presence of a dehydration catalyst, wherein the dehydration catalyst is a molding containing a catalyst containing an oxide of silicon and an oxide of aluminum and inorganic fibers and having a crushing strength of 3 N/mm or more and preferably 30 N/mm or less and the catalyst is a supported-type catalyst in which an aluminum oxide is supported on a silicon dioxide carrier or silica alumina which is a composite oxide of silicon and aluminum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】反応寿命が長く、触媒の粉砕又は破裂が起こりにくい触媒を用いて、アリル型不飽和アルコール原料から対応する共役ジエン化合物を効率よく製造する方法の提供。【解決手段】脱水触媒の存在下、アリル型不飽和アルコールの少なくとも一種を原料とし、脱水反応によって共役ジエン化合物を製造する方法であって、脱水触媒が、ケイ素の酸化物及びアルミニウムの酸化物を含む触媒と無機繊維とを含み、その圧壊強度が3N/mm以上で、好ましくは30N/mm以下の成形体である共役ジエン化合物の製造方法。前記触媒が、二酸化ケイ素担体上にアルミニウム酸化物が担持された担持型触媒、又はケイ素とアルミニウムの複合酸化物であるシリカアルミナである共役ジエン化合物の製造方法。【選択図】図1 |
