PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing device in which a revolution axis is not provided in a space between two winding cores.SOLUTION: A swing device comprises: a first winding core 50; a second winding core 52; an opening part 32 opened to a frame 30; plural rollers 42 provided on an outer periphery of the opening part 32; a revolution wheel 38 supported to the rollers 42 rotatably around a virtual revolution shaft; a left and right pair of first chucks 46 supported to an inner periphery of the revolution wheel 38 so as to rotate freely, and fix the first winding core 50 detachably; second chucks 48 supported to the inner periphery of the revolution wheel 38 so as to rotate freely, and fix the second winding core 52 detachably; a revolution drive part for making the revolution wheel 38 revolve around the virtual revolution shaft; a first rotation drive part for making the first chuck 46 rotate; and a second rotation drive part for making the second chuck 48 rotate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】２本の巻芯の間の空間に公転軸を設けない旋回装置を提供する。【解決手段】第１巻芯５０と、第２巻芯５２と、フレーム３０に開口した開口部３２と、開口部３２の外周に設けられた複数のコロ４２と、コロ４２に仮想公転軸を中心に回転自在に支持された公転輪３８と、公転軸３８の内周に自転自在にそれぞれ支持され、かつ、第１巻芯５０を着脱自在に固定する左右一対の第１チャック４６と、公転軸３８の内周に自転自在にそれぞれ支持され、かつ、第２巻芯５２を着脱自在に固定する第２チャック４８と、公転輪３８を前記仮想公転軸を中心に公転させる公転駆動部と、第１チャック４６を自転させる第１自転駆動部と、第２チャック４８を自転させる第２自転駆動部と有する。【選択図】 図１
