WEB CUTTING DEVICE AND WINDING DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of cutting a web and winding it on a new winding shaft in a short time and a winding device using the cutting device.SOLUTION: A cutting device comprises a cylindrical body 12 for conveying the web W along the lower circumferential surface, a cutter moving section 18 arranged in the axial direction of the cylindrical body 12, a slit 14 provided along the axial direction of the lower peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 12, a cutter 16 of the web W that is movable in the axial direction by the cutter moving section 18 and protrudes from the slit 14, a first suction portion 20 provided adjacent to one circumferential side portion of the slit 14 and provided on the lower circumferential surface, and a second suction portion 22 provided on the lower peripheral surface adjacent to the other side portion in the circumferential direction of the slit 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ウエブを切断して新しい巻軸に短時間に巻き付けることができる切断装置及びそれを用いた巻取り装置を提供する。【解決手段】下周面に沿ってウエブＷを搬送する円筒体１２と、円筒体１２の軸方向に配されたカッター移動部１８と、円筒体１２の下周面の軸方向に沿って設けられたスリット１４と、カッター移動部１８によって軸方向に移動可能であり、かつ、スリット１４から突出するウエブＷのカッター１６と、スリット１４の周方向の一側部に隣接しつつ、下周面に設けられた第１吸引部２０と、スリット１４の周方向の他側部に隣接しつつ、下周面に設けられた第２吸引部２２とを有する。【選択図】 図２
