PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device which can easily change the winding direction when winding a web on a winding shaft.SOLUTION: A web winding device comprises a first shaft 22, a second shaft 24, a first rotation part 30 which rotates the single shaft 22 in the upper winding direction or the lower winding direction, a second rotating part 32 that rotates the second shaft 24 in the upper winding direction or the lower winding direction, a pair of A rolls 50 and B rolls 52 for winding the web W close to the first shaft 22 or the second shaft 24, a roll reversing section 58 which rotates at least one of the rolls at the winding position and arranges the other roll at the position of the conveying path of the web W while rotating between the A roll 50 and the B roll 52 as a center, and a conveyance roll for conveying the web W to the other roll arranged on the conveyance path position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】巻軸にウエブを巻く場合に、その巻く方向を簡単に変更できる巻取り装置を提供する。【解決手段】第１軸２２、第２軸２４、第１軸２２を上巻き方向、又は、下巻き方向に自転させる第１自転部３０と、第２軸２４を上巻き方向、又は、下巻き方向に自転させる第２自転部３２と、第１軸２２、又は、第２軸２４に接近してウエブＷを巻き取らせるための一対のＡロール５０とＢロール５２、Ａロール５０とＢロール５２との間を中心にして回転させ、少なくともどちらか一方のロールを巻取り位置に配し、他方のロールをウエブＷの搬送路位置に配するロール反転部５８、搬送路位置上に配された他方のロールにウエブＷを搬送する搬送ロールとを有する。【選択図】 図１
