PRINT CONTROL DEVICE, PRINT CONTROL PROGRAM, AND PRINT CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of print sheets but yet maintain the original sheet configuration as much as possible when printing all worksheets in a batch.SOLUTION: Provided is a print control device for calculating a first number of print sheets and a second number of print sheets, the first number of print sheets is used for printing in a first output format, in which first output format the data with information described on a plurality of worksheets is analyzed to obtain print setting information and the print sheet is changed for each worksheet on the basis of the print setting information (job splitting is performed), and the second number of print sheets is used for printing in a second output format, in which second output format the worksheets are placed closely to each other (job splitting is suppressed). When the second number of print sheets is less than the first number of print sheets, the print control device generates print data in which images of pages of the plurality of worksheets are arranged in order based on the second output format.
