Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tsunami monitoring system capable of precisely determining the present/absent of tsunami waves.SOLUTION: A tsunami monitoring system 1 is a tsunami monitoring system that determines the occurrence of a tsunami W by using an image acquired by photographing structures 810 and 820 having a height reference part 830 which is positioned at a ground point different in a horizontal direction of a sea area A1 and is corresponded to a water level. The tsunami monitoring system comprises: an image acquisition part 11 that photographs the plurality of structures 810 and 820; an image processing part 12 that measures a water level L1 of a sea surface s at each ground point; a data accumulation part 13 that stores the water level as a past water level; an average value calculation part 16 that calculates an average value of the water level measured during a predetermined period from the past water level; a tsunami determination part 17 that calculates a threshold value on the basis of the average value of the water level, and determines whether or not the tsunami occurs on the basis of the water level at a measurement point in each ground point and the threshold value; and an alarm output part 18 that outputs an alarm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】津波の有無を確実に判断することができる津波監視システムの提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の津波監視システム1は、海域A1の水平方向に異なる地点に位置しかつ水位に対応する高さ基準部830を有する構造体810、820を撮影することにより得られた画像を用い、津波Wの発生を判断する津波監視システムであって、複数の構造体810、820を撮影する画像取得部11と、各地点における海面sの水位L1を測定する画像処理部12と、水位を過去の水位として記憶するデータ蓄積部13と、過去の水位のうちの所定期間に測定された水位の平均値を算出する平均値算出部16と、水位の平均値に基づき閾値を算出すると共に、各地点における測定時点の水位と、閾値とに基づき、津波が発生しているか否かを判断する津波判定部17と、警報を出力する警報出力部18とを備えていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図5
