Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot insulation or cold insulation box that can increase efficiency of heating or cooling.SOLUTION: A cold/hot box 1 comprises: a body 10 internally including an interior space; a lid 20 provided for the body 10 so as to be openable and closable; a power supply box 50 provided on a side surface of the body 10 and housing a battery pack; and a Peltier element 30, an upper fin 31, an upper fan 32, a lower fin 33, and a lower fan 34 provided in the lid 20 and capable of heating or cooling an interior. Urethane foam 19 surrounds the interior space 10a.
