Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum pump in which material fatigue phenomenon generated by assembly tolerance may not be produced.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a rotary pump in particular that includes a pump system driven by an electric motor, the electric motor has a shaft to be driven (18) and this driven shaft is connected to a driving shaft (16) of the pump system through a connecting device (20). The connecting device has a first connecting hub (22) connected to the driven shaft of the electric motor in such a way that the first connecting hub (22) is fixed in rotation to the driven shaft of the electric motor, has a second connecting hub (24) that is fixed in rotation to the driving shaft of the pump system and has a connecting disc (26) in a force binding hub between the driven shaft and the driving shaft, the connecting disc is connected to the first connecting hub in a rotatable fixed manner by a first linear guiding part and further connected to the second connecting hub (24) by the second linear guiding part in a rotatable fixed manner and in this case, a problem is resolved by an arrangement in which the second linear guiding part is oriented in perpendicular to the first linear guiding part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】組立公差によって生じる材料疲労現象が発生し得ない、真空ポンプを提供する。【解決手段】特に回転ポンプであって、電動モーターによって駆動されるポンプシステムを有し、電動モーターは被動軸(18)を有し、この被動軸が、ポンプシステムの駆動軸(16)と、連結装置(20)を介して接続される。連結装置が、電動モーターの被動軸と回転固定的に接続されている第一の連結ハブ(22)を有し、ポンプシステムの駆動軸と回転固定的に接続されている第二の連結ハブ(24)を有し、そして、被動軸と駆動軸の間の力束パス中の連結ディスク(26)を有し、連結ディスクが、第一の線形案内部によって第一の連結ハブと回転固定的に接続されており、そして、第二の線形案内部によって、第二の連結ハブ(24)と回転固定的に接続されており、その際、第二の線形案内部が第一の線形案内部に対して垂直に向けられていることによって解決される。【選択図】図2
