Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hot-dip galvanizing flux capable of preventing smoke from occurring when hot-dip galvanized to form excellent work environment and enhance safety and preventing a non-plated portion from occurring, and a method for manufacturing a material hot-dip galvanized using the same.SOLUTION: The hot-dip galvanizing flux includes magnesium chloride as a chloride of a second group element. A method for manufacturing a hot-dip galvanized material comprises: a flux treatment step S20 of treating a material to be plated using the hot-dip galvanizing flux; and a hot-dip galvanizing step S40 of forming the hot-dip galvanized material by hot-dip galvanizing the material to be plated processed using the hot-dip galvanizing flux.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】溶融亜鉛めっきの際の発煙を抑制して作業環境に優れ安全性が高いとともに不めっき部分の発生を抑制する溶融亜鉛めっき用フラックスおよびそれを用いた溶融亜鉛めっき材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】溶融亜鉛めっき用フラックスは、第2族元素の塩化物として塩化マグネシウムを含む。溶融亜鉛めっき材の製造方法は、上記溶融亜鉛めっき用フラックスを用いて被めっき材を処理するフラックス処理工程S20と、溶融亜鉛めっき用フラックスを用いて処理された被めっき材を溶融亜鉛めっきすることにより溶融亜鉛めっき材を形成する溶融亜鉛めっき工程S40と、を含む。【選択図】図1
