SURFACE CONDITIONER FOR COATING AGENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface conditioner for coating agent which imparts hydrophilicity onto a coating film surface that prevents foaming and is smoothly formed by blending a small amount of the surface conditioner with a coating agent such as a coating material containing a silicone-based resin and a fluorine-based resin having a low surface tension and/or a coating agent with which much other additive represented by a silicone-based leveling agent having strong surface orientation property, as a result can impart antifouling property.SOLUTION: A surface conditioner for coating agent contains a copolymer which is obtained by copolymerization of 65.00-99.99 pts.mass of an N,N-di-substituted (meth)acrylamide monomer and/or unsaturated group-containing morpholine amide monomer and 35.00-0.01 pts.mass of a fluorine-containing (meth)acrylate monomer represented by CH=C(R)-CO-O-R-Rand has a weight average molecular weight of 1,500-50,000, and imparts hydrophilicity onto a coating film surface which is added to a coating agent and is formed of the coating agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】表面張力の低いシリコーン系樹脂やフッ素系樹脂等を含む塗料等のコーティング剤、及び／又はシリコーン系レベリング剤に代表される強力な表面配向性を有する他添加剤を多く配合されたコーティング剤に少量配合することにより、ワキを防止して平滑に形成された被膜表面に親水性を付与し、その結果として防汚性を付与できるコーティング剤用表面調整剤を提供する【解決手段】コーティング剤用表面調整剤は、Ｎ，Ｎ−ジ置換(メタ)アクリルアミドモノマー及び／又は不飽和基含有モルホリンアミドモノマー６５．００〜９９．９９質量部と、ＣＨ２＝Ｃ(Ｒ１)-ＣＯ-Ｏ-Ｒ２-ＲＦで表わされるフッ素含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマー３５．００〜０．０１質量部とが共重合されたもので重量均分子量を１５００〜５００００とする共重合物を、含有しており、コーティング剤に添加され前記コーティング剤で形成される被膜表面に親水性を付与するためのものである。【選択図】なし
