PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile shelf and a mobile shelf device that has excellent appearance and safety and can surely receive and supply power even when the mobile shelf is inclined.SOLUTION: A mobile shelf 1002 according to the present invention moves between a first shelf and a second shelf, including: a shelf board 1020; a frame 1010 to which the shelf board is installed: a frame moving part 1040 for moving the frame; a power storage 1090 for storing the power supplied to the frame moving part; a first conductive unit 1080 forming a first power path between the power storage and the first shelf; and a second conductive unit 1060 forming a second power path between the power storage and the second shelf.
