Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device for compensating for a deterioration state difference between pixels and a drive method thereof.SOLUTION: An organic light-emitting display device is provided, which includes a plurality of unit pixels that are matrix-arranged in a display area and comprise each of at least three sub-pixels corresponding to different hues, a display panel including an organic light-emitting element corresponding to each sub-pixel, and a deterioration compensation part 200 that generates deterioration prediction data of each sub-pixel, based on accumulation data of each sub-pixel, generates first and second temperature deterioration data, based on device temperature data corresponding to temperature of the organic light-emitting display device, calculates an individual compensation gain value corresponding to each sub-pixel, based on the deterioration prediction data and the first and second temperature deterioration data, and corrects input data of each sub-pixel, based on the individual compensation gain value of each sub-pixel.
