SCAFFOLD SYSTEM IN FURNACE FOR BOILER MAINTENANCE AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold system in a furnace for boiler maintenance and its construction method by installing the scaffold in the furnace for boiler maintenance using a raising platform, so that the upper and lower part load of the scaffold in the furnace for boiler maintenance is distributed, and the danger of collapse can be prevented, and the safety of the scaffold in the furnace can be increased.SOLUTION: The scaffold system in a furnace for boiler maintenance of the presented invention includes a scaffold in the furnace which is installed so that a plurality of stages are made to an inner side face of the boiler, a raising platform which, as a matrix shape, supports the scaffold in the furnace with a plurality of raising wire ropes, and a raising equipment which is installed at the heavy girder part of the boiler and raises and supports the raising platform with a plurality of strands and a plurality of wire ropes which are drawn inside of the boiler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1a 【課題】引き揚げプラットフォームを利用してボイラー整備用炉内足場を設置することにより、ボイラー整備用炉内足場の上下部の荷重を分散させて崩壊の危険を防止することができ、炉内足場の安全性を向上させることができる、ボイラー整備用炉内足場システム及びその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のボイラー整備用炉内足場システムは、ボイラーの内部側面に複数の段をなすように設置される炉内足場と、マトリクス状に設けられ、複数の引き揚げワイヤーロープを介して前記炉内足場を支持する引き揚げプラットフォームと、前記ボイラーのヘビーガーダー部に設けられ、前記ボイラーの内部に引き込まれた複数のストランド及び複数の支持ワイヤーロープを介して前記引き揚げプラットフォームを引き揚げ及び支持する引き揚げ装置とを含んでなる。【選択図】図１ａ
