PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate cylinder comprising a cooling member that is able to exert, with a smaller amount of fluid, efficient temperature control for the surface of a plate cylinder during printing.SOLUTION: In a printing plate cylinder to the outer peripheral surface of which a printing plate can be attached, a cooling member abutting on the inner peripheral surface of the plate cylinder is installed in the plate cylinder; a recess is formed in the inner peripheral surface of the plate cylinder or the abutting surface of the cooling member on the plate cylinder; the inner peripheral surface of the plate cylinder and the cooling member adhere in a portion other than the recess; an inlet and an outlet for a cooling fluid, which communicate with the recess, are formed, in the cooling member; and a passage for the cooling fluid for cooling the outer peripheral surface of the plate cylinder is defined by the portion forming the recess.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】印刷時の版胴表面を少ない流体量で効率よく温度制御することが可能な冷却部材を備えて成る印刷用版胴を提供する。【解決手段】外周面に刷版を装着可能な印刷用版胴において、前記版胴の内部には、版胴内周面と当接する冷却部材が設置されており、前記版胴内周面及び／又は冷却部材の版胴との当接面には凹部が形成されており、該凹部を除く部分において版胴内周面と冷却部材が密着し、前記冷却部材には、前記凹部と連通する冷却流体の流入口及び流出口が形成されており、前記凹部形成部分によって、版胴外周面を冷却するための冷却流体の流路が形成されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
