Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to carry out powder classification into two classes of fine and coarse powder at high accuracy with a simple and inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: A two-class classifier 1 by air flow for classifying a powder raw material into fine and coarse powder comprises: a Coanda block 8 and a raw material supply nozzle 12 provided to realize a Coanda effect onto the powder raw material G; a classification edge 10 forming a fine powder transport path T1 for transporting the fine powder and a coarse power transport path T2 for transporting the coarse powder; and a raw material transportation tube 18 for transporting the raw material toward the nozzle 12. A raw material supply direction S regulated by the nozzle 12 is inclined in a horizontal direction H, and the raw material transportation tube 18 is curved in one direction (downward direction in Fig.1).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】微粉と粗粉との2つの段階への分級を簡単で安価な構成によって且つ高精度で行うことができるようにする。【解決手段】粉体原料を微粉と粗粉とに分ける気流2分級機1において、粉体原料Gに対してコアンダ効果を実現するように設けられたコアンダブロック8及び原料供給ノズル12と、微粉を搬送する微粉搬送路T1と粗粉を搬送する粗粉搬送路T2とを形成する分級エッジ10と、前記原料供給ノズル12へ向けて原料を搬送する原料搬送管18とを有しており、前記原料供給ノズル12によって規定される原料供給方向Sは水平方向Hに対して傾斜しており、前記原料搬送管18は1つの方向(図1の下方向)へ湾曲している。【選択図】図1
