Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can stably inspect an opening state of the sheet without being influenced by image irregularities due to lighting.SOLUTION: A two-dimensional laser displacement meter 11 is arranged in one surface 20a side in an opening sheet 20 having multiple openings 21a, the two-dimensional laser displacement meter 11 is used under the condition where a reference surface table 15 is arranged in the other surface 20b side, and thereby a laser beam is applied toward the opening sheet 20 to receive the reflected light. A distance D from the reflection position of the laser beam to a light receiving unit 12b in the two-dimensional laser displacement meter 11 is measured. 【課題】照明等に起因する画像のむらによる影響を受けることなく、シートの開孔状態を安定して検査し得る方法を提供すること。【解決手段】複数の開孔21aを有する開孔シート20における一方の面20a側に二次元レーザー変位計11を配置し、他方の面20b側に基準面用台15を配置した状態下に、二次元レーザー変位計11を用い、開孔シート20に向けてレーザー光を照射してその反射光を受光する。レーザー光の反射位置から二次元レーザー変位計11における受光部12bまでの距離Dを測定する。測定された距離Dの値に基づき開孔21aの良否を判定する。【選択図】図1 |
