Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an algae-containing liquid concentration method, an algae recovery method, an algae concentration system and an algae recovery system capable of suitably (evenly) pre-coating a pre-coat material to a filtration surface of a spring type filter, and recovering efficiently, a pre-coat material after concentrating the algae-containing liquid such as a culture fluid by the spring type filter.SOLUTION: An algae-containing liquid concentration method comprises: a step for filtering a dispersion fluid in which a pre-coat material 4 is dispersed, and laminating and forming a pre-coat layer on a filtration surface of a cylindrical spring type filter 3; a step for filtering an algae-containing liquid using the spring type filter 3 whose filtration surface is covered with the pre-coat material 4, and accumulating an algae body on a surface of the pre-coat layer; and a step for making a fluid flow backward to the spring type filter 3, peeling the pre-coat material 4 and the algae body from the filtration surface and recovering the algae body. Further, using the pre-coat material 4 having magnetism, by a magnetic substance provided in the inside of the spring type filter 3, the pre-coat material 4 in the dispersion fluid is attracted, and the pre-coat layer is laminated and formed on the filtration surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】バネ式フィルターの濾過面に好適に(均等に)プレコート材をプレコートすることができるとともに、培養液などの藻類含有液をバネ式フィルターで濃縮した後にプレコート材を効率的に回収することを可能にする藻類含有液の濃縮方法、藻類回収方法、藻類濃縮システム、及び藻類回収システムを提供する。【解決手段】プレコート材4を分散させた分散液を濾過し筒状のバネ式フィルター3の濾過面にプレコート層を積層形成する工程と、プレコート材4で濾過面が覆われたバネ式フィルター3を用いて藻類含有液を濾過し、プレコート層の表面に藻体を集積する工程と、バネ式フィルター3に流体を逆流させてプレコート材4及び藻体を濾過面から剥がし、藻体を回収する工程とを備える。また、磁性を有するプレコート材4を用い、バネ式フィルター3の内部に設けた磁性体によって分散液中のプレコート材4を引き付け、濾過面にプレコート層を積層形成する。【選択図】図5
