Each of the sensor units includes a sensor electrode which forms a pair with the common electrode, an electronic circuit which detects a current flowing between the sensor electrode and the common electrode, digitizes the value of the detected current, and transmits the normalized data to the control unit, a first connector which is connected to the control unit or an upper level sensor unit, and a second connector which is connected to a lower level sensor unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
