Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double eccentric valve which reduces a pressure loss in a channel of the double eccentric valve and achieves a flow rate increase and a noise reduction.SOLUTION: A double eccentric valve includes a housing 6 which includes a channel 11, a valve seat 12 which includes a sheet surface 12b on a valve hole 12a, a valve body 13 which includes a seal surface 13a on an outer circumference thereof, a protruded part 13b provided on an upper surface of the valve body 13 and a rotation shaft 14 which has an attachment part 14a at a leading end and rotates the valve body 13. The rotation shaft 14 sets a side of the attachment part 14a as a free end, sets a side opposite to the free end as a base end and is rotatably cantilevered to the housing 6 by the base end part 14b which includes the base end. The valve body 13 is fastened to the attachment part 14a by the protruded part 13b. The valve body 13 and the protruded part 13b, a part of the rotation shaft 14 and the attachment part 14a are arranged in the channel 11. The protruded part 13b and the attachment part 14a are arranged so as to be located closer to an upper surface outer circumference than an upper surface center of the valve body 13 and be brought close to the side of the base end part 14b of the rotation shaft 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】二重偏心弁の流路における圧力損失を低減させ、流量増加と騒音低減を図ること。【解決手段】二重偏心弁は、流路11を含むハウジング6と、弁孔12aにシート面12bを含む弁座12と、シール面13aを外周に含む弁体13と、弁体13の上面に設けられる突部13bと、先端に取付部14aを有し、弁体13を回動させる回転軸14とを備える。回転軸14は、取付部14aの側を自由端とし、自由端の反対側を基端として、その基端を含む基端部14bにてハウジング6に回転可能に片持ち支持される。弁体13は、突部13bにて取付部14aに固定される。弁体13及び突部13bと、回転軸14の一部及び取付部14aとが流路11の中に配置される。突部13bと取付部14aは、弁体13の上面中央よりも上面外周寄りであって回転軸14の基端部14bの側へ近付けて配置される。【選択図】図1 |
