Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor slab waterproof structure for a bridge, for enabling simple and short-time construction without requiring a large-sized machine or heating device.SOLUTION: There are provided a floor slab expansion gap water stop/floor slab waterproof structure and a construction method for forming the structure. The structure is a structure for performing water stop on a floor slab expansion gap of a bridge and waterproofing a floor slab, the structure comprising: a floor slab expansion gap water stop layer made from asphalt emulsion, the layer filling the floor slab expansion gap and being formed around the floor slab expansion gap; a floor slab waterproof layer made from normal temperature curing type rubber asphalt emulsion that is the same as that of the water stop layer or is different but kindred, the layer being formed on the whole area of the floor slab; and an asphalt pavement layer provided on the floor slab waterproof layer. The water stop layer and the floor slab waterproof layer function as an integrated expansion device. The structure further includes an expansion dispersion material, such as a reinforcement mesh, between the floor slab expansion gap water stop layer and the floor slab waterproof layer to make it possible to strengthen expansion followability and adhesiveness between the floor slab expansion gap water stop layer and the floor slab waterproof layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 橋梁における大型の機械や加熱装置が不要な簡易で短時間施工可能な床版防水構造の提供。【解決手段】橋梁の床版遊間を止水しおよび床版を防水する構造であって、床版遊間を充填し且つ床版遊間周囲に形成される、常温硬化型ゴムアスファルト乳剤からなる床版遊間止水層と、床版全面に形成される、前記止水層と同一の又は異なる同系統の常温硬化型ゴムアスファルト乳剤からなる床版防水層と、該床版防水層の上に設けられるアスファルト舗装層とを備えてなることを特徴とする床版遊間止水・床版防水構造および、上記構造を形成する施工方法。前記止水層と前記床版防水層とが一体化した伸縮装置として機能することを特徴とする。上記構造は、さらに床版遊間止水層と床版防水層の間に補強メッシュのような伸縮分散材を配置することにより、床版遊間止水層と床版防水層との接着性と伸縮追従性を強化することができる。【選択図】 図2 |
