PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask capable of keeping a sufficient space around a mouth without inhibiting widening of pleats and also of fixing the pleats with sufficient strength due to joint parts provided on opposite sides.SOLUTION: A mask 1 comprises a mask body 2 which is a single layer or multiple laminated layers of unwoven fabric, multiple pleat parts 11 to 14 which are formed by accordion-folding of the mask body 2 with mountain-folded parts 15 and valley-folded parts 16 along a transverse direction and are arranged in parallel in a longitudinal direction X, and joint parts 10 which are provided on opposite sides of each of the pleat parts 11 to 14 and join the folded mask body 2 in the shape of an oblique line having a predetermined angle θ relative to the longitudinal direction X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 両側部分に設けられる接合部により十分な強度で襞を固定できると共に、襞の広がりを阻害することなく、十分に口元の空間を確保できるマスクの提供。【解決手段】 マスク１は、不織布単層または複数の不織布が積層されたマスク本体２と、マスク本体２を横方向に沿った山折部１５と谷折部１６によって九十九折り状に折り畳んで縦方向Ｘに並設された複数の襞部１１〜１４と、複数の襞部１１〜１４のそれぞれの両側部分に設けられ、折り畳まれたマスク本体２を縦方向Ｘに対して所定の角度θを有した斜め方向のライン状に接合する接合部１０と、を具備する。【選択図】図１
