Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably, at a low cost, and in a short time, cool a mercury-removed substance obtained by removing mercury from a mercury-containing substance by volatilization.SOLUTION: Provided is a treatment device 1 for a mercury-containing substance comprising: an external heat kiln 4 heating mercury-containing dust D3 to volatilize mercury; an active carbon absorption tower 7 recovering the mercury from a mercury-containing gas G2 exhausted from the external heat kiln; a cooling apparatus 8 bringing mercury-removed dust D4 exhausted from the external heat kiln into contact with aluminum C for cooling and performing cooling; and a vibration screen apparatus 9 separating aluminum C1 for cooling from a mixture M exhausted from the cooling apparatus 8. The device may be provided with a circulation route returning the aluminum C1 for cooling separated in the vibration screen apparatus to the cooling apparatus. Further, it is possible that a heat exchanger 10 for recovering heat from the aluminum for cooling subjected to the vibration screen apparatus separation is provided, and aluminum C2 for cooling after the heat recovery is returned to the cooling apparatus 8 via the circulation route. It is also possible that a cooling apparatus further cooling the mercury-removed dust exhausted from the vibration screen apparatus is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水銀含有物質から水銀を揮発除去して得られる水銀除去物質を低コストかつ短時間で安定して冷却する。【解決手段】水銀含有ダストD3を加熱して水銀を揮発させる外熱キルン4と、外熱キルンから排出される水銀含有ガスG2から水銀を回収する活性炭吸着塔7と、外熱キルンから排出される水銀除去ダストD4を冷却用アルミニウムCに接触させて冷却する冷却装置8と、冷却装置8から排出される混合物Mから冷却用アルミニウムC1を分離する振動篩装置9とを備える水銀含有物質の処理装置1。振動篩装置で分離した冷却用アルミニウムC1を冷却装置に戻す循環ルートを設けてもよい。また、振動篩装置分離した冷却用アルミニウムから熱回収する熱交換器10を設け、熱回収後の冷却用アルミニウムC2を循環ルートを介して冷却装置8に戻すこともできる。振動篩装置から排出された水銀除去ダストをさらに冷却する冷却装置を設けてもよい。【選択図】図1 |
