BELT CONVEYOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt conveyor device which can be used in a case where a large load is exerted on a fin.SOLUTION: A belt conveyor device includes: a main belt conveyor 1 which carries and transports an object to be transported on a carrier surface of a conveyor belt 11 which is provided with a plurality of fins 16 at regular intervals in the transportation direction; a right-side belt conveyor 2a provided with a guide belt 21 which guides the object to be transported by the main belt conveyor 1 from the right side; a left-side belt conveyor 2b provided with a guide belt 21 which guides the object to be transported by the main belt conveyor 1 from the left side; and a right side motor 3a and a left side motor 3b which drive the main belt conveyor 1, the right-side belt conveyor 2a and the left-side belt conveyor 2b. The guide belt 21 is provided with horizontal rail parts 26 each of which is provided at the same intervals as the fins 16 to support the right and left sides of the fins 16 located on the carrier surface from the upstream side in the transportation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ヒレに大きな荷重が作用してしまうケースでも使用することができるベルトコンベヤ装置を提供する。【解決手段】複数のヒレ１６が搬送方向等間隔に設けられた搬送ベルト１１のキャリア面に運搬物を積載して搬送する主ベルトコンベヤ１と、主ベルトコンベヤ１によって搬送される運搬物を右側方からガイドするガイドベルト２１を備えた右側方ベルトコンベヤ２ａと、主ベルトコンベヤ１によって搬送される運搬物を左側方からガイドするガイドベルト２１を備えた左側方ベルトコンベヤ２ｂと、主ベルトコンベヤ１、右側方ベルトコンベヤ２ａ及び左側方ベルトコンベヤ２ｂを駆動する右側モータ３ａ及び左側モータ３ｂと、を具備し、ガイドベルト２１には、キャリア面に位置するヒレ１６の左右両側を搬送方向上流側からそれぞれ支持する横桟部２６がヒレ１６と同一の間隔で設けられている。【選択図】図１
