Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dewaterer which allows the thinning of a balancer device without sacrificing the compensation force of the balancer device, and which allows the expansion of the diameter of the opening part of a rotary tub.SOLUTION: A dewaterer comprises: a rotary tub 34 provided with a balancer device 44 having an annular shape in an opening part 43; an outer tub 33 rotatably including the rotary tub 34; a motor 36 for rotationally driving the rotary tub 34; and a suspension device 32 for supporting the outer tub 33 in a vibration isolating manner. In the balancer device 44, a balancer case 44a as an outer hull is formed of a metallic material, and an aqueous solution 44b is enclosed inside the balancer case 44a. In the balancer device, the outer hull can be reduced in thickness, so that the inside volume of the balancer device is increased, and the amount of compensation is increased. In addition, a weight increase is effective in suppressing vibrations, so that thinning and downsizing can be achieved while compensation force is maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】バランサー装置の補正力を犠牲にせずに薄型化を図るとともに、回転槽の開口部の口径の拡張を図ることができる脱水機を提供する。【解決手段】開口部43に円環形状のバランサー装置44が配設された回転槽34と、回転槽34を回転可能に内包する外槽33と、回転槽34を回転駆動するモータ36と、外槽33を防振支持するサスペンション装置32とを備えた脱水機において、バランサー装置44は、外郭であるバランサーケース44aを金属材料で構成され、バランサーケース44aの内部に水溶液44bが封入されたもので、バランサー装置は、外郭の薄肉化が実現でき、バランサー装置の内部の容積が増加して補正量は増加し、重量増加も振動抑制に効果的であるため、補正力を維持したまま薄型化および小型化が実現できる。【選択図】図2 |
