ALGAE CONCENTRATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide algae concentration systems capable of readily and efficiently concentrate/recover algae contained in an algae-containing liquid such as a culture medium.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a treating bath 3 in which an algae-containing liquid 2 is temporarily stored; a filtration membrane 4 which is provided on the bottom side of the treating bath 3 so as to filtrate the algae-containing liquid 2; depositing algae separation means 5 for scraping off the algae depositing on the filtration membrane 4; an alga accumulating part 6 which is provided at the bottom of the treating tank 3 and in which the algae in the algae-containing liquid 2 sinks and accumulates, while the algae scraped and separated from the filtration membrane 4 by the depositing algae separation means 5 is accumulated; algae recovery means 7 for recovering algae which sunk and accumulated on the algae accumulation part 6 from the treating bath 3; and membrane washing means 8 for washing the filtration membrane 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】培養液などの藻類含有液に含まれる藻類の濃縮／回収をより容易に且つ効率的に行うことを可能にする藻類濃縮システムを提供する。【解決手段】藻類含有液２を一時的に貯留する処理槽３と、処理槽３の底部側に設けられ、藻類含有液２をろ過処理するためのろ過膜４と、ろ過膜４に堆積した藻類をこそぎ取るための堆積藻類分離手段５と、処理槽３の底部に設けられ、藻類含有液２中の藻類が沈降して集積されるとともに、堆積藻類分離手段５でろ過膜４からこそぎ取って分離した藻類が集積される藻類集積部６と、藻類集積部６に沈降して集積した藻類を処理槽３から回収するための藻類回収手段７と、ろ過膜４を洗浄するための膜洗浄手段８とを備える。【選択図】図１
