Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage fluctuation compensation device and an operating method for a power transmission/distribution system, in which output current from a STATCOM for compensating for a predictable voltage fluctuation can be suppressed through operation of the system, etc.SOLUTION: The voltage fluctuation compensation device has a configuration in which a STATCOM is connected from a power supply side of a power distribution system via a tap-provided transformer. The STATCOM comprises a reactive power control unit that controls output of reactive power and an AC voltage control unit that compensates for a voltage fluctuation at a reactive power compensation device linkage point. In a first state of the voltage of the power transmission/distribution system and reactive power, the reactive power control unit forms, before a predicted time of occurrence of a voltage fluctuation, a second state of the voltage of the power transmission/distribution system and reactive power by means of: first means for outputting, from the STATCOM, reactive power of a sign reverse to the sign of reactive power for compensating for a voltage fluctuation the occurrence of which is predicted; second means for compensating for, through a tap position operation of the tap-provided transformer, a voltage fluctuation caused by the reactive power outputted from the STATCOM by the first means; and third means for compensating for the voltage fluctuation by switching the STATCOM to the AC voltage control unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】系統操作等で予期できる電圧変動を補償するSTATCOMの出力電流を抑制できる電圧変動補償装置並びに送配電系統の運用方法を提供する。【解決手段】送配電系統の電源側からタップ付き変圧器を介しSTATCOMを接続した構成の電圧変動補償装置で、STATCOMは、無効電力の出力制御する無効電力制御部と無効電力補償装置連系点の電圧変動を補償する交流電圧制御部を備え、送配電系統の電圧と無効電力の第1の状態で、無効電力制御部により、発生予定の電圧変動を補償する無効電力とは逆符号の無効電力をSTATCOMから出力させる第1の手段と、第1の手段でSTATCOMから出力した無効電力による電圧変動をタップ付き変圧器のタップ位置操作で補償する第2の手段と、STATCOMを交流電圧制御部に切替え、電圧変動を補償する第3の手段により、電圧変動発生予定時刻前に、送配電系統の電圧と無効電力の第2の状態を形成する。【選択図】図6 |
