PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire holding device capable of reducing a force required for inserting an electric wire.SOLUTION: The electric wire holding device 30 includes: a body part 31 which has a space 32 therein and is formed with an insertion hole 33 communicating with the space 32; and a terminal member 40 having a holding structure 41 arranged in the space 32 to hold an electric wire 60 passed through the insertion hole 33. An opening 33a of the insertion hole 33 in an inner end of the body part 31 has a shape long in one direction.
