Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical measuring method of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in saliva.SOLUTION: The measuring method includes: a preparation step to maintain saliva collected from a test subject in a temperature range 0-30°C without freezing; and a measuring step to measure the density of the brain-derived neurotrophic factor in the saliva after the preparation step. The preparation step is a step in which the saliva is maintained in a temperature range of 0-30°C for 168 hours or less. The measuring step is a step in which antigen-antibody reaction using an anti-brain-derived neurotrophic factor antibody is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】より実用的な唾液中の脳由来神経栄養因子（ＢＤＮＦ）の測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】被験個体から採取した唾液を凍結しないで０℃以上３０℃以下に維持する準備工程と、準備工程後に、唾液中の脳由来神経栄養因子の濃度を測定する測定工程とを備える。準備工程は、唾液を０℃以上３０℃以下の温度で１６８時間以内維持する工程である。測定工程は、抗脳由来神経栄養因子抗体を用いる抗原抗体反応を実施する工程である。【選択図】なし
