PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater which enables a worker to easily engage an engagement part formed at an end part of a second member with a lock part formed at a first member of a water heater attachment member attached to a case of the water heater without visually checking.SOLUTION: A water heater includes: a box shaped case (4) which stores devices of the water heater; and a water heater attachment member (5) attached to an outer periphery side wall surface of the case (4). The water heater attachment member (5) includes: a first member (21) attached to a first wall surface (8) of the case (4); and a second member (22) which engages with the first member (21). The second member (22) includes an engagement part (28).
