Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine control device capable of stably operating a steam turbine.SOLUTION: A steam flow rate-opening degree converter evaluates an opening degree of an intercept valve on the basis of a flow rate of steam flowing through the intercept valve at the time of turbine start-up, and outputs the opening degree as an opening signal. An offset value generator evaluates an offset value for correcting an elongation difference in the opening degree of the intercept valve on the basis of elongation difference data obtained by actually measuring the elongation difference between a valve stem and a valve box in the intercept valve at the time of turbine start-up and outputs the offset value as an offset value signal. An adder performs addition processing concerning the opening signal and the offset value signal, and outputs an addition value evaluated by the addition processing as a correction opening signal. A subtracter evaluates a difference value between the correction opening signal and an opening degree measurement signal obtained by actually measuring the opening degree of the intercept valve, outputs the difference value as an opening degree command signal to the intercept valve, and controls the opening degree of the intercept valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】蒸気タービンを安定に運転させることが可能な、タービン制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】蒸気流量・開度変換器は、タービン起動時にインタセプト弁を流す蒸気流量に基づいて、インタセプト弁の開度を求め、当該開度を開度信号として出力する。オフセット値発生器は、タービン起動時にインタセプト弁において弁棒と弁箱との間の伸び差を実測することによって得た伸び差データに基づいて、インタセプト弁の開度において当該伸び差を補正するオフセット値を求め、当該オフセット値をオフセット値信号として出力する。加算器は、開度信号とオフセット値信号とについて加算処理を行い、当該加算処理で求めた加算値を補正開度信号として出力する。減算器は、補正開度信号と、インタセプト弁の開度を実測することで得た開度計測信号との間の差分値を求め、当該差分値を開度指令信号としてインタセプト弁に出力して、インタセプト弁の開度を制御する。【選択図】図1 |
