Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure supporting and fixing a solar cell module on a slate roof, a method supporting and fixing thereof, and a horizontal rail capable of simpler installation and fine adjustment of positioning the horizontal rail.SOLUTION: A structure comprises a roof fixture 10, a horizontal rail 15, fixtures 20j, 20k for the horizontal rail, and a module fixture 25. The roof fixture 10 has a groove strip part on a center of an upper surface in a longitudinal direction, the fixtures 20j, 20k for the horizontal rail can fix the horizontal rail 15 positioned on the roof fixture 10. The fixture 20k for the horizontal rail is incorporated with a slider 21, the slider 21 sliding in a longitudinal direction of the roof fixture 10. The horizontal rail 15 has a groove strip part on a substantial center of an upper surface in a longitudinal direction on which erected portions 19, 19 are formed at both side edges of the groove strip part, and a lower edge corner of a solar cell module P is fit to a corner formed by both sides and the upper surface and can be located on the horizontal rail 15. The module fixture 25 can clap and fix lower surfaces of both sides of the groove strip part of the horizontal rail 15 and an upper surface of an edge of the solar cell module P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】太陽電池モジュールのスレート屋根上支持固定構造、支持固定方法及び横桟に関し、施工の簡易化と横桟の設置位置の微調整を可能とする。【解決手段】屋根固定金具と横桟と横桟固定具とモジュール固定金具とから成る。屋根固定金具10は、上面中央長手方向に溝条部を有し、横桟固定具20j,20kは、屋根固定金具10に載置された横桟15を固定できる。横桟固定具20kにはスライド金具21を組み込み、このスライド金具21は屋根固定金具10の長手方向にスライドする。横桟15は、その上面長手方向略中央に溝条部を有し、この溝条部の両側縁に起立部19,19を形成し、この両起立部と上面との角部に太陽電池モジュールPの縁部の下角部を合致させて横桟15上に載置できる。前記モジュール固定金具25は、横桟15の溝条部の両側の下面と太陽電池モジュールPの縁部の上面とを挟持固定することができる。【選択図】図7 |
