Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding quality judgment method that enables the welding quality of a weldment welded by non-penetration welding to be judged in lap welding.SOLUTION: Provided is a welding quality judgment method for judging the welding quality of a weldment where a first welding object material is joined with a second object material by irradiating the first welding object material with laser beams in a state that the first welding object material is lapped with the second welding object material, the welding quality judgment method judging the welding quality of a weldment to be judged on the basis of the height of a welding bead formed on a laser beam irradiation plane of the first welding object material in a weld zone, a weld zone where the first welding object material is laser-welded with the second welding object material by irradiation with laser beams being a part solidified after the first welding object material and the second welding object material are melted upon laser welding, and the welding zone being formed by welding where a molten region of the second welding object material does not reach an opposite plane of the first welding object material side in the second welding object material upon laser welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】重ね溶接であって非貫通溶接により溶接された溶接物の溶接品質を判定できる溶接品質判定方法を提供する。【解決手段】第1被溶接材と第2被溶接材とを重ね合わせた状態で第1被溶接材にレーザ光を照射することによって第1被溶接材と第2被溶接材とを接合した溶接物の溶接品質を判定する溶接品質判定方法であって、レーザ光の照射によって第1被溶接材と第2被溶接材とがレーザ溶接されている溶接部は、レーザ溶接の際に第1被溶接材及び第2被溶接材が溶融した後に固化した部分であり、かつ、溶接部は、レーザ溶接の際に第2被溶接材の溶融領域が第2被溶接材おける第1被溶接材側とは反対側の面にまで到達しない溶接により形成されており、溶接部において第1被溶接材のレーザ光照射面に形成された溶接ビードの高さに基づいて溶接物の溶接品質を判定する溶接品質判定方法。【選択図】 図1 |
