DIFFERENTIAL AMPLIFIER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier capable of achieving both a low leakage current and a high overvoltage protection function.SOLUTION: A differential amplifier comprises: a first external input terminal; a first diode connected between the first external input terminal and a first constant potential portion, and connected in a reverse direction from the first external input terminal toward the first constant potential portion; a second diode connected between the first external input terminal and the first diode, and connected in a reverse direction from the first external input terminal toward the first diode; a third diode connected between a first connection point between the first diode and the second diode, and the first external input terminal, connected in parallel to the second diode, and connected in a forward direction from the first external input terminal toward the first connection point; and a first potential adjustment circuit that adjusts a potential at the first connection point so as to be the same as a potential at the first external input terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】低いリーク電流と高い過電圧保護機能を両立した差動増幅器を提供する。【解決手段】差動増幅器は、第１外部入力端子と、第１外部入力端子と第１定電位部位の間に接続されており、第１外部入力端子から第１定電位部位に向けて逆方向となるように接続されている第１ダイオードと、第１外部入力端子と第１ダイオードの間に接続されており、第１外部入力端子から第１ダイオードに向けて逆方向となるように接続されている第２ダイオードと、第１ダイオードと第２ダイオードの間の第１接続点と第１外部入力端子の間に接続されており、第２ダイオードに対して並列に接続されており、第１外部入力端子から第１接続点に向けて順方向となるように接続されている第３ダイオードと、第１接続点の電位を第１外部入力端子の電位と同電位となるように調整する第１電位調整回路と、を備える。【選択図】図１
