Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device in which the generation of a deflection of a circuit board within a cover is suppressed, and a method of manufacturing the illumination device.SOLUTION: An illumination device 1 includes an elongated circuit board 21 having flexibility, a plurality of light emitters 22 mounted in a row on the circuit board 21, and an elongated cover 11 formed of a transparent soft resin material and covering the circuit board 21 and the light emitters 22.
