Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of making sherbet ice of salt water in which a diameter of an ice crystal grain is smaller than that of a conventional one, the ice crystal grains are equal, and the ice crystal grain is unlikely to increase in its size.SOLUTION: An ice storage tank includes an ice making apparatus which brings salt water into a super cooling state, releases the salt water in the super cooling state, and makes sherbet ice having ice crystal grains of a diameter of 0.01-0.1 mm, and a supply apparatus which store the sherbet ice made by the ice making apparatus and supplies the sherbet ice having the ice crystal grains of the diameter of 0.01-0.1 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】氷結晶粒の直径が従来よりも小さく、氷結晶粒が揃っており、肥大化しにくい塩水のシャーベット氷を製氷する技術を提供する。【解決手段】塩水を過冷却状態にし、過冷却状態の塩水を解除し、氷結晶粒の直径が0.01〜0.1mmのシャーベット氷を製氷する製氷装置と、前記製氷装置で製氷されたシャーベット氷を貯氷し、氷結晶粒の直径が0.01〜0.1mmのシャーベット氷を供給する供給装置と、を備える。【選択図】図1
