COLLECTIVE HOUSING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collective housing comprising partition walls that can have a shared partition imparting decorativeness and design by being increased in a degree of freedom for finish selection, while maintaining fire resistance and suppressing wall thickness, in partition walls where a shared partition and dwelling partitions part from each other, formed in an indoor space of the collective housing.SOLUTION: A collective housing 1 has partition walls 5 where an internal space surrounded by outer peripheral walls 2 parts into dwelling partitions 4 and a shared partition 3. The partition walls 5 comprise first wall parts 5a having a first face bar 51 and a first base material 54, and second wall parts 5b having a second face bar 52 facing the first face bar 51 and a second base material 55 where the second face bar 52 is mounted. The first base material 54 and the second base material 55 are erected between the first face bar 51 and the second face bar 52 in a state of being separated from each other.
