Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the apparatus for removing the sediment of the water channel that can efficiently remove the sediment in the water channel regardless of a site condition.SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for removing the sediment of the water channel comprises: an injection mechanism 12 for injecting compressed air to crush the sediment S, an ejector mechanism 14 for sucking the sediment S crushed with the compressed air by the jetting mechanism 12, a transport vehicle 20 equipped with the injection mechanism 12 and the ejector mechanism 14, a compressed air supply means 30 for supplying the compressed air to the injection mechanism 12 and the ejector mechanism 14 via a supply hose 32, and a pipe line 40 for pressure-feeding the sediment S sucked by the ejector mechanism 14 using the compressed air supplied to the ejector mechanism 14. As a result, the apparatus can greatly reduce work by human power by using the compressed air, and make it possible to efficiently remove the sediment S in the water channel by moving the transport vehicle 20 in an approach route or the water channel regardless of the site condition such as a width of an access channel to the water channel, a width of the water channel, or presence or absence of a passage for the work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】現場条件の如何に関わらず、水路の堆積物を効率よく除去する。【解決手段】水路堆積物除去装置10は、圧縮空気を噴射して堆積物Sを解砕するための噴射機構12と、噴射機構12により解砕された堆積物Sを、圧縮空気を利用して吸引するエジェクタ機構14と、噴射機構12及びエジェクタ機構14を搭載する運搬車20と、供給ホース32を介して、噴射機構12とエジェクタ機構14とに圧縮空気を供給するための圧縮空気供給手段30と、エジェクタ機構14により吸引された堆積物Sを、エジェクタ機構14に供給された圧縮空気を利用して圧送するための配管40とを含んでいる。このため、圧縮空気を利用することで人力による作業を大幅に削減しながら、水路までの進入路の幅、水路の幅、作業用通路の有無等の現場条件に関わらず、運搬車20を進入路や水路内で移動させて、水路の堆積物Sを効率よく除去することが可能となる。【選択図】図1 |
