Preferably, the superheated steam generation part 13 and fans 14 supply the superheated steam to the inside of the device body 10 to reduce oxygen concentration in the inside of the device body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】装置自体の大型化及び油の酸化を抑制すること。【解決手段】装置本体10の内部に設置された貯油槽11に油11aが貯留され、該油11aを利用して食物を加熱調理する加熱調理装置であって、貯油槽11の油11aを加熱するヒータ12と、ヒータ12により油11aが120℃以上に加熱された場合に、生成された過熱水蒸気を装置本体10の内部に供給する過熱水蒸気生成部13及びファン14とを備えている。過熱水蒸気生成部13及びファン14は、装置本体10の内部に過熱水蒸気を供給して装置本体10の内部の酸素濃度を低減させることが好ましい。【選択図】図1 |
