PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material fitting unit for wiring bypass construction which facilitates work from transportation of a switch for construction to fitting in bypass construction of wiring, and is capable of implementing the work from the transportation of the switch for construction to the fitting even in the case of a single worker, and used for wire replacing construction or the like on an electric pole to which the switch for construction and a bypass cable are integrally fitted, and a carriage for carrying the unit.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a material fitting unit for wiring bypass construction and a carriage. The material fitting unit for wiring bypass construction is used for wire replacing construction or the like on an electric pole. The material fitting unit for wiring bypass construction comprises a first pipe and a second pipe. A switch for construction is fitted to the first pipe, and the second pipe is supported by the first pipe. Fixing metal fittings to an electric pole are provided at both ends of the second pipe, and a bypass cable winding part is fitted to the second pipe.
