The power system stabilizing device comprises: an electrical control effect calculation part for calculating an electrical control effect indicating a degree of contribution to stabilization of the power system in a case where electrical control is executed, for each generator; an incentive calculation part for calculating an incentive with respect to preferential electrical control for each generator on the basis of the calculated electrical control effect; and a control part which performs control of electrical control for preferentially disconnecting the generator that is selected based on the incentive, from the power system in a case where an accident occurs in the power system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電力系統における各発電機の電制に関する指標を算出すること。【解決手段】実施形態の電力系統安定化装置は、複数の発電機を有する電力系統を安定化する電力系統安定化装置であって、前記発電機ごとに、電制を実行した場合に前記電力系統の安定化に寄与する度合いを示す電制効果を算出する電制効果算出部と、前記算出された電制効果に基づいて、前記発電機ごとに、優先して電制することに対するインセンティブを算出するインセンティブ算出部と、前記インセンティブに基づいて選択された前記発電機を前記電力系統に事故が発生した場合に優先して前記電力系統から切り離す電制の制御を行う制御部と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
