Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor which is easy to manufacture and thin.SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor of the present invention comprises: an anode lead body; a capacitor element including an anode body made of a valve action metal and connected to at least a part of the anode lead body, a dielectric layer formed on a surface of the anode body, a solid electrolyte layer formed on the dielectric layer, and a cathode layer formed on the solid electrolyte layer; and a mounting substrate provided with an anode connection terminal facing the anode lead body and a cathode connection terminal facing the cathode layer. The anode lead body and the anode connection terminal, and the cathode layer and the cathode connection terminal are electrically connected via an anisotropic conductive material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
