TICKET VENDING MACHINE AND TICKET VENDING MACHINE EXTENSION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for managing a plurality of keyes for a ticket vending machine and a ticket vending machine extension device, and simplify a release operation of a lock state of the ticket vending machine extension device.SOLUTION: A ticket vending machine main body 10 includes a door 11 having a locking mechanism attached thereto, and a type of a usable bill is limited to a bill requiring no change bills. A ticket vending machine extension device 20 includes a door 21, is connected to the ticket vending machine main body 10, and extends the type of the usable bill. The ticket vending machine extension device 20 includes a lock mechanism that prevents its own door 21 in a closed state from opening, and a lock release member that releases a lock state of the lock mechanism. In a state where the ticket vending machine extension device 20 is connected to the ticket vending machine main body 10, the lock release member is projected from an inside of the ticket vending machine extension device 20 to an inside of the ticket vending machine main body 10, and is operable in the ticket vending machine main body 10.
