Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle detector which does not have to be fixed to a reference coordination system.SOLUTION: A detection rotary shaft 4 fixed to a rotation shaft 100 of a measurement target pivotally supports a base 1 so as to be rotatable by a bearing 3 and a rotation angle sensor 6 detects a rotation angle of the detection rotary shaft 4 with respect to the base 1. A first tilt angle sensor 7a and a second tilt angle sensor are fixed at positions which are equidistant from the rotation center axis of the base 1 and which have rotation angles around the rotation center axis different at 180 degrees from each other. A weight 9 is fixed at a lower part of the base 1. An angle obtained by adding a rotation angle detected by the rotation angle sensor 6 to an average angle of tilt angles detected by the first tilt angle sensor 7a and the second tilt angle sensor is output as a rotation angle of the rotation shaft 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】基準座標系に固定する必要のない回転角検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】測定対象の回転軸100に固定される検出用回転シャフト4は、ベアリング3によって回転可能にベース1を軸支し、回転角センサ6で、ベース1に対する検出用回転シャフト4の回転角を検出する。ベース1の回転中心軸までの距離が等しく当該回転中心軸まわりの回転角が180度異なる位置に第1傾斜角センサ7aと第2傾斜角センサを固定する。また、ベース1の下部にウエイト9を固定する。そして、第1傾斜角センサ7aと第2傾斜角センサで検出した傾斜角を平均した角度に、回転角センサ6で検出した回転角を加算した角度を回転軸100の回転角として出力する。【選択図】図1 |
