OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT OF AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide outdoor equipment of an air conditioner which enables a bell mouth cover to be attached thereto without impairing the appearance and absorbs heat expansion and contraction of a resin bell mouth.SOLUTION: Outdoor equipment of an air conditioner includes: a housing formed by a sheet metal member; a propeller fan installed at an upper part of the housing; a resin bell mouth provided around the propeller fan; and a bell mouth cover enclosing a periphery of the bell mouth and formed by a sheet metal. The outdoor equipment of an air conditioner further includes: a bent part formed at an upper end part outer periphery side of the housing and bent to the inner side; and an outer peripheral edge part formed at the lower end side of the bell mouth and bent downward at its outer peripheral edge. In a state that the outer peripheral edge part of the bell mouth is disposed in a recessed part formed by the bent part of the housing, the bell mouth is attached to the housing and the bell mouth cover is disposed at the outer periphery side of the bell mouth and attached to the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】外観を損ねることなくベルマウスカバーを取り付けることができ、且つ樹脂製のベルマウスの熱伸縮も吸収する。【解決手段】空気調和機の室外機は、板金部材で構成された筐体と、この筐体の上部に設置されたプロペラファンと、このプロペラファンの周囲に設けられる樹脂製のベルマウスと、このベルマウスの周囲を囲う板金製のベルマウスカバーを備えている。また、前記筐体の上端部外周側に形成され内側に折り曲げた折り曲げ部と、前記ベルマウスの下端側に形成され外周縁が下方に折り曲げられた外周縁部を備え、前記筐体の前記折り曲げ部により形成された凹部に前記ベルマウスの前記外周縁部を配置した状態で、前記ベルマウスが前記筐体に取付けられ、前記ベルマウスカバーは前記ベルマウスの外周側に配置されて前記筐体に取付けられている。【選択図】図５
