Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for joining a column and a beam which prevents yielding of a steel beam base material portion even in a large earthquake (rarely occurring earthquake) and can keep the whole to a substantially no damage state together with a beam-column junction.SOLUTION: In a building structure formed of a concrete column 1 and a steel beam, the end of the steel beam is provided with a fixing plate 12 and a fixing tool 10, or provided with an end plate 18 and the fixing plate 12 and fixing tool 10 at required intervals from the beam end, or provided with the end plate 18, a cured filler 19 with a required thickness and the fixing tool. The end of the steel beam has a structure joint portion provided between the end and a beam-column junction and is mounted on a jaw provided on a column. A plurality of stages of PC steel materials horizontally penetrating through the beam-column junction are arranged. The PC steel materials are tension-fixed to the fixing plate by applying a tension introduction force to the PC steel materials to integrally join the column and the beam, and a concrete slab with a predetermined thickness is provided on the upper end of the steel beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】大地震時(極稀に起きる地震)でも、前記鉄骨梁母材部が降伏しないようにし、柱梁接合部と共に全体をほぼ無損傷状態に保つことを可能にする柱と梁の接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート製柱1と鉄骨梁とからなる建物構造において、梁端部に定着プレート12と定着具10とが設けられ、または梁端部にエンドプレート18と梁端部から所要の間隔をおいて定着プレート12と定着具10とが設けられ、もしくは梁端部にエンドプレート18と所要厚みの硬化した充填材19と定着具とが設けられた鉄骨梁の端部は、柱梁接合部との間に構造目地部が設けられると共に、柱に設けたアゴに載せてあり、柱梁接合部に水平に貫通した複数段のPC鋼材が配置され、PC鋼材に緊張導入力を与えて定着プレートに緊張定着することによって、柱と梁とが一体的に接合されると共に、鉄骨梁の上端に所定厚さのコンクリート製スラブが設けられる柱と梁の接合方法。【選択図】図6
