METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MIXED MATERIAL FOR MANUFACTURE OF ROAD EXPANSION DEVICE, AND GRANULAR RESIN BINDER USED FOR MANUFACTURING MIXED MATERIAL FOR MANUFACTURE OF ROAD EXPANSION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in cost related to manufacture of a mixed material and improvement of work efficiency related to construction of a road expansion device.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a mixed material for manufacture of a road expansion device, the method comprising a heating step for rotating a rotary drum mixer to which crushed stone aggregate is added and heating the crushed stone aggregate with a burner until it reaches a predetermined temperature, a binder adding step for adding granular resin binder to the rotary drum mixer after the crushed stone aggregate reaches the predetermined temperature and the heating with the burner is stopped, and a mixed material manufacturing step for kneading the heated crushed stone aggregate and the granular resin binder by the rotation of the rotary drum mixer to melt the granular resin binder by the heat of the crushed stone aggregate and manufacture the mixed material in which the binder resin sticks to the surface of the crushed stone aggregate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】合材の作成に係るコスト低下と道路用伸縮装置の施工に係る作業効率向上とを実現する。【解決手段】破石骨材を投入された回転式ドラムミキサーを回転させつつ所定温度に達するまで破石骨材をバーナー加熱する加熱工程と、破石骨材が所定温度に達してバーナー加熱を停止した後、粒状樹脂バインダーを回転式ドラムミキサーに投入するバインダー投入工程と、加熱済み破石骨材と粒状樹脂バインダーを回転式ドラムミキサーの回転で混錬りすることにより破石骨材の熱で粒状樹脂バインダーを溶融させ且つ破石骨材の表面にバインダー樹脂を絡み付かせた合材を作成する合材作成工程と、を含むことを特徴とする道路用伸縮装置製造用合材の作成方法。【選択図】図１
