SHEET DISCHARGE DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMATION FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet discharge device for preventing edge folding and jamming caused by abutting of a sheet tip to the surface of a stiffening roller.SOLUTION: The sheet discharge device comprises: carrying means for carrying a sheet sandwiched between a driving roller and a driven roller which is driven and rotated in pressure contact with the driving roller; a first carrying guide which is provided at an upper stream side than the carrying means in a carrying direction of the sheet to guide a driving roller side of the sheet; a second carrying guide which is provided oppositely to the first carrying guide to guide a driven roller side of the sheet; and a stiffening member which is arranged in the axis of the driving roller and has a larger outside diameter than that of the driving roller.
