Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing steel frame members which can manufacture steel frame members having different height-to-width ratios while reducing the necessity for equipment investment according to the width and height types of the steel frame members to be manufactured.SOLUTION: A web 11 of blank section steel 1 is cut to make first and second intermediates 16 and 17. The first and second intermediates 16 and 17 are arranged so that first and second cut pieces 160 and 170 are positioned while being shifted from each other. The first cut piece 160 is joined to an upper flange 13, and the second cut piece 170 is joined to a lower flange 12, thereby making a steel frame member 2. A line 15 along which the web 11 of the blank section steel 1 is to be cut is switched between a line 15 extending in a longitudinal direction L in a center position Win a width direction Wof the web 11 and a line 15 passing, a plurality of times, through each of first position Pand second position and P, which are separated from the center position Win the width direction Wof the web 11 toward the lower flange 12 and the upper flange 13, respectively, by equal distances.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】製作すべき鉄骨部材の幅及び高さの種類に応じた設備投資の必要性を抑えつつ、幅に対する高さの比率が異なる鉄骨部材を製作することができる鉄骨部材製作方法を提供する。【解決手段】素材形鋼1のウェブ11を切断して第1及び第2中間体16,17を作成し、第1及び第2切断片160,170が互いにずれて位置するように第1及び第2中間体16,17を配置し、第1切断片160を上フランジ13に接合するとともに、第2切断片170を下フランジ12に接合して鉄骨部材2を作成する。素材形鋼1のウェブ11を切断する線15を、ウェブ11の幅方向WWの中央位置WCで長手方向Lに延びる線15と、ウェブ11の幅方向WWの中央位置WCから下フランジ12及び上フランジ13に向かってそれぞれ同じ距離だけ離れた第1及び第2位置P1,P2をそれぞれ複数回通る線15とで切り替える。【選択図】図2 |
